Developed and maintained schedules, resource loaded, provided contractual compliance and produced EVMS and cost analysis reports for USACOE, DOE and Perma-Fix/SEC Construction and D&D projects. Developed and implemented various Programs and Policies for optimizing departmental resources and increasing efficiency.  Produced Purchase Requisitions (PR) for field activities through Project Managers to establish Purchase Orders (PO) and Subcontract services.  Provided instrumental leadership in developing over 100 CO/REA’s for recuperation of funds.   Provided estimates for over 55 million dollars in Demolition/Construction as well as Nuclear and Environmental Services.
